if you’re anything like me, you always looked for a way to outperform your competition.

i’m talking about research chems. work blocks. rearranged working times (0-8am of pure focus). i’m constantly optimising.

yet i always had this feeling that results somehow don’t show up as fast as i expect them.

this is when i realised that everything that i was doing was pretty much based on the external.

back then on my come up i never really questioned myself about my internal state.

i’ve never questioned myself on the parts that have been repressed.

which resulted in simply always convincing myself that i’m not doing enough. i wasn’t consciously aware at that time but i wasn’t really focusing on the quality that actually brings results.

in fact it’s currently 11:56pm as i’m writing this post.

some chinese ambient track running through my ears.

i’m pretty much locked in right now. my flow is effortless.

but for a moment let me question you on something…

why do you think you can’t get to the next level?

just why?

you might mentally masturbate on that question and tell yourself that “i simply do not know enough.”

but be honest with yourself, bro… we both know that’s not true.

if you’ve ever been consciously aware of what’s going on on social media, you’ll realise that people force you to put success on a pedestal.

but looking at things through a correct lens of view, we will realise that success is nothing more than your “self”.

just think about it for a moment…

nobody on this earth can control your “self” except for you.

you’re always in control of that “self” even when it doesn’t seem like you are.

we’ll dig into the deepest secrets from carl jung and the psychology of the “self”.
