i’ve pretty much tried every diet, a lot of supplements and a few compounds.
for pretty much all of my life i’ve been convinced that diet is simply enough.
which, looking from a “normie” perspective, it actually is.
but what does a “normie” even look like?
a normie is someone who barely makes any gym and looks progress and has no clue what true deep focus feels like.
diet can be enough if you want to stay in the 99%.
but life truly begins when you enter the top 1%.
it all started with the carnivore diet for me. I heard people talk about how effortlessly they started to lose fat, how effortlessly all of their skin conditions cleared up, and how all of their brain fog went away.
so I decided to try it… only to realise a few months later that it did more harm than good.
your brain runs on glucose, cutting off glucose = operating at a worse mental capacity.
your muscles store glycogen, which again means no carbs = no muscle fuel.
your thyroid needs glucose, no glucose = repressed thyroid hormones.
glucose reduces stress, no glucose = higher cortisol.
the only benefit that I really got from carnivore was that my brain fog was gone.
but what’s the point of it if i’m operating at a worse mental capacity?
so I decided to add carbs in again.
I made gym progress, my hormones stabilised again, I was operating at high levels again.
but i’ve come across another problem I had brain fog again.
not the type of brain fog that makes you process things slower but the type of brain fog where you stare at your screen for 30 minutes not being able to think.
it seemed like I had to decide whether I sacrifice some of my health and gym progress for some business progress.
or sacrifice business progress for some gym and health progress.
so I decided to dig deep into diets and compounds/supplements.
and now… I can confidently say that i’ve found the perfect diet and compound/supplement stack that allows me to deeply focus/ and progress in my gym and looks.
but let me share some of my progress pics.
February 2025:
peak carnivore times.
at that point i’ve probably been to the gym for around 2 years. most of my gym journey was done on carnivore.
I had no brain fog yet I never really had the capacity to produce results.
i’ve been so deprived of carbs that it messed all of my hormones up after some while, which caused most of the acne.
skinny, thinking capacity at 0%.
now:
as you can clearly see… put on some muscle. got leaner. my looks improved. and the most important part alongside looks…
my money game improved immensely.
my stack allowed me to add carbs back in, which in return skyrocketed my gym progress. skyrocketed my capacity to think and produce results. while keeping brain fog and anything that might hinder progress completely away.
the difference is drastic
and you’ll notice that it isn’t even a muscle difference, it’s genuinely a difference in frame.
my face started to become more “manly”. my clavicles got wider. somehow my waist got smaller. lost most of my fat.
