and i’ve been there myself…
tried carnivore just to realise that it tanked my thyroid function.
tried low carb, high fat just for it to make me fat.
tried the primal diet just to realise that it tastes disgusting after a while.
tried high carb, low fat just for it to give me cravings and brain fog.
i’ve pretty much already tried every single diet there is.
just to leave me disappointed. hormones tanked. thyroid function fucked. and out of shape.
you see… i’ve been experimenting with all kinds of diets for a while now. and I confidently can say that I found a diet approach that nobody talks about and actually will optimise your hormones, get your thyroid running, clear your skin and gut issues. fuel your recovery and get you into the best physical shape possible.
but let me walk you through my journey first.
July 2025: different diets made me fat, unaesthetic, was on low carb, high fat during this picture.
I literally became fat. while I labelled it as “trust the bulk”.
I didn’t realise that my physical appearance took such a hit. until I saw pictures just a few months before taking that picture.
during this picture I was on low carb, high fat.
you can visibly see that I developed such amounts of belly fat. even in t-shirts, it looked like I was fat.
(which I never experienced before)
never tested my testosterone but I can guarantee that I was low test + high estrogen.
I can also confidently say that my thyroid probably was fucked from the low-carb diet approach.
which made me dig deeper.
January 2026: the diet approach that violates all rules, peak looks and physique again. test and thyroid function through the roof.
you can clearly see that I shredded fat. gained muscle. testosterone through the roof.
the funny part?
since applying my diet approach, my physique pretty much came effortlessly. I didn’t even do any cardio. except for sex if you count that in.
