it’s hard to make it out of these categories.
i’ve been skinny. skinny fat. skinny again. fat. shredded.
i’ve been through all categories.
and I can guarantee. the moment you start to lean down, your life will get better.
girls suddenly start to look at you.
people in the gym staring at your veins.
people asking you for advice.
people questioning you if you’ve been on some research chemicals. because the progress you’ve made happened so fast.
and if i’m being honest… there’s actually no better feeling than starting to see new veins popping. more progress day by day.
your bicep getting bigger. your shoulders getting broader. your lats turning into wings.
i’ve probably wasted two years in the gym. just trying different routines. optimising aspects. trying diets. trying to find the “secret method”.
which now i can confidently say has been found.
but before we go in… let me break down my gym journey…
august 2022:
yes this is how I actually started out with the gym. skinny arms but a fat belly.
I was unhappy with myself so I decided to get into the gym at the end of 2022.
in my first session I got advised to do some barbell bench press. the funny thing about this is…
I couldn’t even bench the bar. It's funny looking back at it but sad to realise.
march 2024:
i’ve lost a good amount of fat. gained some muscle but if i’m being honest, almost 2 years to look like this? honestly still embarrassing.
I made some crucial mistakes that should’ve been avoided. I never really bulked, which means during these two years i’ve almost always been on a cut.
lead to barely gaining any muscle. wasting my noobie gains.
I was still that unhappy, unconfident guy.
so I decided to fuck my feelings, to fuck my looks, to fuck everything and just prepare myself for war.
so I decided to go for a bulk.
June 2025:
fucked things up again. simply because I believed, “i’m on a bulk. why bother with always eating clean?”
got fat again. and if i’m being honest… this was probably the time where i’ve been at my lowest.
so much effort to just look like this?
I was embarrassed of myself.
how could I lower myself to such standards?
so I fucked everything. I fucked my feelings. I fucked every result. I just put my head into the sand.
started to dig deep into blackpill forums. researched diets, researched gym splits.
years of trial and error. time that could’ve been spent better. but maybe this was the right path for me. so i’ve taken everything into my hands.
and decided to ignore my feelings for now and just work on my physique.
January 2026:
I can confidently say that these few months changed everything for me.
i’ve probably made more progress in these few months than things did in years.
simply because I realised that there’s a secret method. a secret diet. and a supplement stack that’s pretty much hidden by most.
yet will guarantee years' worth of progress in a few months.
