How to operate at 110% when the hours just aren't there

recently i’ve been depriving myself of sleep more and more.

i’m not talking about getting 4 hours of sleep for a few days. but i’m talking about being awake for 40 hours, shutting off your system for a few hours and repeat.

yet still staying sharp, still making gym progress, still operating at 110%.

my mind is addicted to progress. more money to make, more knowledge to learn, more things to execute.

having ambition like ours comes with a price, and that’s the constant need for progress.

and if you’re anything like me…

you’re constantly looking for adjustments to ensure that your progress continues.

and probably one of the most important factors for this is sleep.

because after all, to operate at 100%, you have to rest at 100%.

yes… i’m definitely not proud of the sleep deprivation that i’ve attuned to.

but there will be periods of time, especially on your come-up, that will require deep hours in the game.

if you’ve been consciously aware on social media… you’ve probably seen these vids of guys depriving themselves of sleep to work on their business.

“anything for the grind.” “money doesn’t sleep." “progress just cares about time in the game.”

while i partly agree…

99% of them don’t show the dark side that comes with depriving themselves of sleep.

social media ensures to show you the positive “grinding” side.

while avoiding showing the hours they fall asleep on their desk, the brain fog, their mental capacity at 0%, the mental health hits, the hallucinations and paranoias, and the concentration problems.

you’re literally attuning yourself to failure. less quality more quantity.

they believe that if they pop some supps, it’ll fix it for them. without realising supps will never tackle the root cause.

yes. sleep deprivation will occur on your way to the top.

but it’s a matter of smart approaches that will ensure you still stay sharp and still operate at 110% during times like these.

and at the end of the day… sooner or later you’ll experience the downsides of depriving yourself of sleep.

which is why i’ll always continue to preach… if there’s no need to deprive yourself of sleep, don’t do it.

there’s actually nothing that will give you the same benefits as a deep, restful 8 hours of sleep will give you.

especially for your health and cognitive function.

what this protocol will walk you through:

  • how to stay sharp during times of sleep deprivation (while minimising the negatives)

  • the shut-off ritual that literally forces you to fall asleep

  • how to actually ensure you’ll get a perfect good night’s rest (while sleep depriving and while not sleep depriving yourself)

  • the bottom line
