recently i’ve been digging deeper and deeper into freud.

and all i can say is that freud was a genius.

there was a period in my life (if we are exact july-september 2025) where i was literally working 30+ hours a day.

during that period i pretty much cut off all social interactions. the only things i’ve allowed myself were girls, business and gym.

and looking back at it… i can probably say it was one of the best periods of my life. (if we cut out the sleep deprivation and the heavy nicotine and caffeine consumption.)

i was so detached from reality and i couldn’t explain what was driving me towards this determination.

giving up? impossible to imagine. going out to meet some of my friends? impossible to imagine.

it felt like there was some hidden force running in the background.

which now, after studying Freud… made me realise that there actually was some hidden force running.

freud came to the conclusion that there are three forces inside your mind fighting for control. Most people never see them and they’ll be unconscious of them for the rest of their lives.

once you become conscious and learn them, you’ll never see reality through the same lens.

these three layers work together (and often in conflict) to shape behaviour, thoughts, and emotions.

and if you’ve been following my free publication, you should know by now that your behaviour, thoughts and emotions quite literally build your reality.

which means applying these three forces eventually will materialise your desired reality.

simply because you know where specific behaviour, thoughts and emotions come from.

just remember what carl jung said: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

become conscious of these parts → apply them → desired reality is about to follow.

FREUD’S DISCOVERY: THE THREE-PART MIND

In 1923, Freud published “The Ego and the Id” and mapped the human mind for the first time.

He identified three distinct systems:

THE ID, THE EGO, THE SUPER-EGO

Every thought, every action, every decision is the result of these three forces battling.

Here’s the diagram that Freud introduced:
