recently i’ve been really experimenting with questionable compounds.
new supplements, new compounds coming in.
but before we go in… let me drop an HONOURABLE MENTION.
i’m not a doctor, i’m an obsessed money maker so this is not medical advice but just my experience and the benefits i’ve experienced.
popped all of my compounds and supplements today and work feels completely effortless.
nothing that could distract me or mess with me mentally.
there’s just some future playing quietly in the background, while i’m typing on my keyboard.
and a double decky burning in my gums.
you see… most people believe that they’re actually getting shit done.
and yes, most actually do. but their “work days” could literally be finished in an hour.
most guys drown themselves in distractions and hustle culture without even realising that the majority of the time they spend on their work isn’t really work.
time passed doesn’t equal work.
they preach that they’ve just finished a 12h day.
they’re talking about how hard they work.
without showing the distractions that happened behind the scenes.
my current stack allows me to get rid of all the distractions.
you pop that stack. 10 hours on my MacBook just grafting and I didn’t even notice that time had passed.
but before we begin, let’s break down how I got into these compounds.
I can confidently say that 100% of people who get into optimising their cognitive function start with caffeine.
and i’ve been there myself.
I had periods of time where i’ve been on at least 1 g of caffeine.
popping a coffee the moment I wake up, one coffee before the gym, an energy drink during the gym, a coffee after and that cycle just repeated itself until it was time for bed.
but i’ve come to a weird realisation.
coffee or energy drinks don’t really energise me. never felt any jitterness or anxiety when drinking them.
and if i’m being completely honest… they actually made me more tired.
that’s when I also started to abuse nicotine.
especially pablo pouches.
but again similar to caffeine, they don’t really energise me.
you pop a coffee and a pouch, work for 30 minutes and you’re tired again.
brain fog suddenly hits. resistance pulling you away from work.
it honestly felt like a hustle the majority of the time.
and i kept going with this. simply caffeine and nicotine. but i kept on having to cycle pouches and use even more caffeine to focus. it wouldn’t help tiredness.
but actually made me even more tired. there were times when I literally fell asleep on my desk.
and at a certain point you just stop feeling the caffeine and nicotine.
most people really are only able to put themselves in deep focus for 5-10 minutes max, and people that disagree don't know what deep focus is truly about.
but my stack allows me to maintain these 5-10 minutes of extremely deep focus for over 10 hours.
